Our Impact
Since 1977, Radian has helped more than 8.5 million families achieve their dream of homeownership in a way that is affordable, responsible, and sustainable. We are proud of the impact we have made in the housing market and the communities we serve, particularly in assisting historically underserved households in accessing affordable mortgage credit.

Corporate Responsibility
About the Report
Radian's corporate responsibility reporting is indexed against globally recognized frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). We follow these standards to help us measure and present our impact in a transparent manner. Finally, we also issue a standalone Task Force on Climate-related Financials Disclosures (TCFD) report.

Environmental
Though the direct environmental impact of our commercial real estate may be limited, we continually seek opportunities to minimize our environmental footprint. To demonstrate our commitment, we maintain an Environmental Policy that governs sustainable and environmentally conscious practices.
Radian's Environmental Footprint
Radian is committed to operating our business responsibly and understands that this will help Radian create long-term and sustainable value for our company and stakeholders by reducing costs, increasing revenue, mitigating risks, enhancing our reputation, strengthening our communities, and helping us meet the expectations of our stockholders, customers, employees, communities, and future generations. Radian's Environmental Policy governs sustainable and environmentally conscious practices and also issued a Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Our commitment to environmental responsibility reflects our broader mission of creating long-term value for our employees, communities, and other stakeholders. We prepared our GHG inventory in alignment with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol). For GHG emissions reporting, Radian delineates its organizational boundary using the operational criterion under management control. Operational control reflects the activities where Radian has the full authority to introduce and implement operating policies. While we do not have a large carbon footprint, our dedication to transparency is paramount. We have engaged a qualified third party to perform a limited assurance engagement over our Scope 1 & Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions for the reporting period.

Responsible Leadership
Our full Board is actively involved in the oversight of our Corporate Responsibility program and practices, while specific oversight for social and governance matters is delegated to the Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee and Governance Committee, respectively. The Board is updated on Corporate Responsibility matters regularly, including environmental/climate matters, complemented by more extensive education sessions focused on current and emerging environmental, social and governance topics. Code of Conduct and Ethics
Our Code of Conduct and Ethics (or Code) is designed to help us meet our obligations, act with respect and ethical integrity in the workplace and maintain our reputation for integrity in the marketplace. Adherence to the Code helps us do the right thing and make good decisions, even in complicated situations where the appropriate course of action may not be clear. It also helps us uphold our commitments to our stakeholders in our business dealings, including our commitments to customers, investors, vendors, regulators, and the communities in which we do business. Our Code applies to everyone who acts on behalf of Radian, including all regular full- and part-time employees, all temporary and contract workers, and the members of our Board. Compliance with the Code is certified annually by all of Radian’s full- and part-time employees, members of our Board and temporary and contract workers.
