Radian Group, Inc. has adopted the Code of Conduct and Ethics to help maintain that the standards of professionalism required by Radian Group Inc. are clearly communicated to all of those individuals subject to the Code.

On February 11, 2026, the Radian Group Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors approved and adopted amendments to the Code of Conduct & Ethics in connection with the Company’s recently completed acquisition of Inigo Limited, a company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“Inigo”).  The changes maintain a single enterprise Code of Conduct, supplemented where necessary with U.K. and Inigo context. An Important Notice was added to clarify that where U.K. legal requirements apply, relevant Inigo policy guidance may control for U.K. employees.  Certain other limited enhancements were made focusing on related party transactions and disclosures, revising certain absolute provisions to permit some discretion, preserving Inigo reporting channels, and updating reporting and escalation titles to reflect current state.
