John Damian
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development
As senior vice president, investor relations and corporate development, John Damian is responsible for all investor relations activities as well as leading Radian’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) activities and non-control investments. John has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Radian in 2015, John spent the majority of his career as an investment banker focused on advising public companies, private entities and financial sponsors on a variety of strategic and financing alternatives including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raises and debt transactions. John worked in the investment banking departments of Legg Mason, Stifel Financial and Janney Montgomery Scott.
John earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Towson University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
