Sumita Pandit
President and Chief Financial Officer
As president and chief financial officer, Sumita Pandit is responsible for overseeing Radian’s Mortgage Insurance business along with the Company’s financial functions, including financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, enterprise capital planning, investment portfolio management. treasury activities, investor relations, and strategic initiatives.
Sumita has more than two decades of experience in investment banking, advising companies across verticals in fintech, including payments, financial software, neo-banks, and insurance technology. She joined Radian after serving more than two years as the Chief Operating Officer of dLocal, a NASDAQ-listed global financial technology company, where she oversaw key client management, marketing, investor relations, and corporate development. In 2024, Sumita was recognized as a Woman of Influence and Finance Leader by HousingWire.
Prior to dLocal, Sumita worked at J.P. Morgan in several managing director roles, including as global head of FinTech investment banking. Before joining J.P. Morgan, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in their financial institutions group in New York.
Sumita has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from India and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar.
