Effective May 1, 2023, the GSEs, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, have announced that there will be changes made to the loan level pricing adjustments, or LLPA, fees. These fees may have a direct impact to both lenders and borrowers. This short video will define the LLPA, discuss the upcoming changes, and review ways for you to support your customers.
