Considering our small commercial real estate footprint, Radian’s operations have a limited direct environmental impact. However, we continually seek opportunities to minimize our environmental footprint by reducing resource consumption and waste, increasing efficiency and providing smart alternatives.
Radian Environmental Footprint
Radian is committed to operating our business responsibly and understands that this will help Radian create long-term and sustainable value for our company and stakeholders by reducing costs, increasing revenue, mitigating risks, enhancing our reputation, strengthening our communities, and helping us meet the expectations of our stockholders, customers, employees, communities, and future generations. To demonstrate our commitment, we adopted an Environmental Policy that governs sustainable and environmentally conscious practices and also issued a Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report.
