As a responsible member of several communities across the country, we are following the guidance provided at a federal, state and local level and taking the actions necessary to be good corporate citizens, and most importantly, ensure the health and safety of our employees.

 

As the facts and forecasts related to COVID-19 continue to evolve, I want to assure you that our team is working hard to continue to provide the service you have come to expect from Radian. During this time and in lieu of travel, our sales and customer service teams can assist you via phone, email, or any online web meeting platform. I am proud of how our business teams are working with customers and supply chain vendors to identify and address potential issues.

 

Over the last couple of weeks, as part of our objective to responsibly achieve social distancing for the safety of employees and communities, we have restricted all domestic and international travel and implemented a companywide virtual work from home model for many of our employees, including our staff located in Philadelphia.

 

Our team will communicate with you on any updates or changes that may be necessary. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Radian contacts, if you have any questions or concerns.

 

We recognize the effects this outbreak is having on people and their everyday lives, and Radian has an active corporate philanthropy program that we plan to leverage to support our communities to help minimize the financial impact of the virus.
