Jumbo AUS

With our Jumbo AUS program, your originators can take advantage of origination processes facilitated through the agency AUS models. The Jumbo AUS is the most efficient process for both experienced Jumbo originators, and those originators that may not have a lot of experience with Jumbo loans. The Jumbo AUS product also comes with many other features and benefits as noted in the RMC program guide.*

The manually underwritten Jumbo program is an excellent option for those financial institutions that are less comfortable with the AUS option for jumbo loans. Our Jumbo (Manual) program matches the rates for Jumbo AUS and offers features and benefits that are not available in our Jumbo AUS product. Agency Enhanced

Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac increased LLPAs related to investment properties, second homes, as well as those loans classified as “agency high balance” loans. Leveraging our strong investor relationships, we can often compete directly with other agency loan buyers.*
